Forefoot supinatus is defined as a soft tissue contracture on the forefoot on the rearfoot in which the forefoot is inverted on the rearfoot when the subtalar joint is in it defined neutral position. It occurs in feet that are overpronated and should not be confused with the osseous forefoot varus.
