Forefoot varus defined as a deviation of the forefoot in the frontal plane where the forefoot in inverted relative to the rearfoot when the subtalar joint is in its defined neutral position and the midtarsal joint is full pronated. It is an osseous problem than can cause overpronation of the foot.
